This project is an experiment in creative community and extreme self expression. Over the period of several months I held events called Morphological Resonance, where participants would be teleported to an undisclosed location in Second Life. Once there, they had about an hour to transform their avatar in response to the virtual environment in which they found themselves. People were encouraged to modify and re-invent their virtual form, often resulting in avatars of a surreal, mythological, or extreme fashion nature.
