A Bug's Lifebroke the box-office records for an animation and was nominated for and won numerous industry and entertainment awards. I was a founding member of the lighting department, and had a hand in lightinng well over 10% of the total footage for the film. The work was an essenital componant of the storytelling and cimematorgraphic success of the movie. I created the Master Lighting for an entire sequence, and did shot by shot lighting on numerous other sequences. I was responsible for placing shadows, light sources, character lights, and integrating effects using Pixar's state of the art 3D software tools.
